We offer free and easy returns on all domestic and international orders within 90 days of delivery date.
To qualify for the 90 days free return policy the items must be unused, in it's original package and with all the protective stickers still attached.
How to return your order:
- Contact us at email@example.com.
- Receive a free return shipping label.
- Mail the items.
Once we have received your return order we will start processing the refund. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original transaction. This can take up to 48 hours. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email.
Wrong or damaged products
In case you receive a damaged item or an item that is different from the one you ordered please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
There will be no cost associated with exchanging or returning a damaged or wrong product.
